REMINDER:

Take a few minutes to go fill out the form for your complimentary copies of Louisiana Kitchen. We've finally released the files to the printer, which means I need to turn in my shipping manifestearly next week. Tell me how many copies you would like to have shipped to you to distribute in your visitor's center over the next few months; the second edition will not be out until July.

​We published a sneak peek at some of the pages yesterday and sent out an email blast to our newsletter list, and have received 150 new subscription orders in less than 24 hours. People like what they're seeing, and I think your visitors will love it—the retail newsstand price is $5.97, so they'll appreciate receiving a complementary copy.
