Creole Sauteed Cabbage

In a large skillet, fry the bacon and andouille sausage for about 15 minutes. Add the onion ad saute until it is translucent. Add the chopped cabbage and stir frequently. Add the sugar and Creole seasoning and simmer over medium heat until cabbage reaches your desired texture. Stir in the butter right before serving.
Serve over cooked white rice (optional).
