Cheesy Green Beans

Serves 4 to 6

  • 2 lbs green beans, cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pint heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add your cooked green beans. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Now pour in the pint of heavy cream and spread the shredded Cheddar evenly on the top of the beans. Cut your 2 tablespoons of butter into small pieces and dot the top of the cheese. Bake at 400˚F for about 20 minutes.

Cut and serve while hot.
