Lima Beans with Greens and Shrimp

Method:
Place beans and broth in a large sauce pan; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are very tender.
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan; add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant. Add greens and turn to coat; cook, turning occasionally, until greens are wilted. Stir in shrimp and cook, stirring, until shrimp are pink and just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to lima beans, combine, and season to taste with hot pepper, salt, and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with bacon if desired.
