Mardi Gras Muffuletta Pasta Salad

Serves 12 to 16

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound tri-colored fusilli, rotini or penne pasta, cooked al dente, drained, cooled
  • 1 16-ounce package ham, diced 
  • 1/2 pound salami, diced small
  • 1/2 pound provolone or mozzarella cheese, diced small
  • 1 32-ounce jar Italian olive salad, drained, oil reserved

Mardi Gras Muffuletta Pasta Salad

Place all ingredients but the drained olive oil into a bowl and toss. Add reserved olive oil to taste.

Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
