Sweet Potato Casserole With Walnut Topping

Preheat oven to 325˚F. Mix all the ingredients together except for the cream. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cream; mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish
Mix the topping ingredients together with a fork and sprinkle topping evenly over top of casserole. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
May be served immediately or kept warm and served later.
