Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 1/2 ounces of gin
  • ​1 lime wedge, juiced
  • ​2 ounces of club soda
  • ​Additional lime wedges, to garnish

Method: 

Combine the gin and fresh squeezed lime juice into a tall highball glass. Fill the glass with ice, top with club soda and stir.

Garnish as desired with lime wedges. ​Serve immediately.
