Nonna Rose's Meatballs

Makes about sixteen meatballs

Ingredients: 

I've written this out just as Rose gave it to me:

GROUND BEEf - 1 1/2 - 2 lbs (Buy chuck roast and have it ground)

Bread - 3-4 slices (Italian) soak in water then squeeze it out

1 EGG

Parsley 1 TAB

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper 1/4 tsp (freshley ground!)

1 garlic clove - through press

2 TAB Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method: 

Mix all ingredients Together!

Roll into Balls - (Golf Ball size)

Place on greased cookie sheets

Bake in 375° oven - Til browned; 20 min or so.

Add to your Tomato Sauce and cook for extra 1/2 hour.
