Makes 1/2 cup

  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco, other hot pepper sauces may be substituted
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk in the hot sauces, borwn sugar nad vinegar until combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Note: Recipe can be easily doubled. Frank's may not be spicy enough for you so the addition of Tabasco or another hot pepper sauce is suggested. We also recommend a taste test since hot pepper sauces will contribute their own unique flavor to the end product.
