Shorter format this week; I headed down to Venice at the crack of dawn yesterday for a boat ride out to -- and tour of -- some oyster beds and didn't get back until late in the day. So, instead of providing you with a few recipes, I've put together a list of some of the most popular sauces from our website; it's grilling time in earnest now, and I'm sure you'll find something for your Memorial Day potluck. I know from years of experience that you all -- as do I -- like a good sauce, and I'd bet that you put your own personal spin onto whatever you throw together.
