Catch Mardi Gras

Louisiana Shrimp Tacos

Grilled Louisiana Shrimp Tacos

This easy recipe can be made almost entirely in advance, making it a great choice for entertaining. The sauce and marinade can both be made a day in advance; toss the shrimp in the marinade 30 minutes before serving. Skewer and grill, and you're done.

Grits & Grillades

Grits and Grillades

From Chef John Besh, this is a great choice for Mardi Gras parades, and for Super Bowl Sunday. Once the prep work is done, both dishes cook relatively unattended, and can be kept warm in a crock pot for quite some time.
