Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Serves a crowd
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup parmesan cheese with all ingredients, ensuring the chunked mozzarella is evenly dispersed so you get nice tunnels of melted cheese.
Sprinkle remaining parmesan over the top and bake until bubbly and browned, about 20 minutes.
Serve at once with cubed bread, crackers, and/or chips
